When Should I Use My Relief Pro Device?

Ordering and Payments
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed with care and shipped from our Relief Pro studio in Kerikeri, Northland, New Zealand.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon - Fri, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship within New Zealand?
Yes, we currently ship nationwide within NZ. International shipping is on our roadmap; keep an eye on our updates if you’re overseas.
How much is shipping?
Flat rates across NZ:
$5 NZD non-rural
$10 NZD rural
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in 2 - 5 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses can take a little longer depending on the courier network.
I didn’t get my tracking link, help?
If you haven’t received tracking within five business days of ordering, please check your spam/junk. Still nothing? Email info@reliefpro.co.nz with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Returns & Warranty
My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what should I do?
We’ll sort it quickly. Email info@reliefpro.co.nz with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We’ll assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
What’s your returns policy?
We want you to love your Relief Pro. If something’s not right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging, unless returning due to a confirmed fault.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been opened or used.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item has a verified manufacturing fault.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed faults or dispatch errors.
Start a return: email info@reliefpro.co.nz with your order number, a short description, and photos/video. We’ll reply with instructions.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Relief Pro devices are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
When will I see my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to appear.
