Session tips
Timing
How long & how often:
Start with 15–30 minutes, then work up to 30-60 minutes if you like.
You can use Relief Pro 1–3 times per day. Leave at least 60 minutes between longer sessions to give skin a break.
Intensity: begin low and increase slowly to a strong but comfortable buzz - never painful.
Periods: use at the first sign of cramps; repeat through the day as needed.
Do not use while sleeping, bathing, or driving.
Why TENS helps
Drug-free pain relief in two ways
Blocks pain signals (Gate Control Theory): gentle electrical pulses “close the gate” to pain at the spinal cord level so fewer signals reach your brain.
Releases endorphins & relaxes muscles: the pulses can boost your body’s feel-good chemicals and reduce cramping/tension - great for period pain, back niggles, and sore joints.
Local & quick: targets the area you choose, with relief often felt within minutes.
Care & re-use
Make pads last longer
Skin first: cleanse with soap & water and dry well. Avoid oils, lotions and fake tan where the pad sits.
After use, stick the pad back on its plastic liner and keep it dust-free in the pouch/packet.
If tackiness fades, wipe the gel lightly with a drop of water, air-dry until tacky, then store.
Replace when the pad no longer sticks evenly, edges curl, or the sensation becomes patchy.
For hygiene, don’t share pads with others.
Troubleshooting
Quick fixes
Device won’t turn on: Charge for ~2 hours. Press and hold the power button to start.
No sensation: Increase intensity; check the snap connectors are fully clicked; make sure the gel side is on the skin; try a fleshier spot; replace a worn pad.
Sharp/stinging: Reduce intensity; re-stick so the whole pad contacts skin; add a tiny drop of water to the gel and let it go tacky; avoid bony areas/broken skin.
Stops mid-session: Auto-finish after 60 min. Restart or recharge if the battery is low.
Skin pinkness: Mild, short-lived redness is normal. If rash or irritation persists, stop use and seek advice.
