Description

Two circular replacement gel pads for your Relief Pro device. Ideal for the shoulders, hips, knees or tummy when your original pad needs refreshing.

  • Designed for Relief Pro:  Works only with the Relief Pro wearable TENS device.
  • Large coverage area:  Great for shoulders, hip, knee or lower-tummy use.
  • Reusable:  Can be used multiple times with proper care.
  • Soft & flexible:  Sits comfortably under clothing.
  • Available in Black only. 
  • Attach the Relief Pro device to the new pad.
  • Peel off the protective film and apply to clean, dry skin.
  • Use your Relief Pro as normal.
  • Replace the pad when it no longer sticks well.
  • Attach the pad to clean, dry skin.
  • Click on the device and choose a mode.
  • Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level.
  • Move freely - when you’re done, peel off gently and store the pad as directed.

Note: This is a pad only. You’ll need a Relief Pro device to use it.

Tracked delivery: most NZ addresses 1–3 business days after dispatch; rural allow an extra 1–2 days.

Flat rates: $5 urban / $5 rural.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

Public holidays and courier delays may extend timeframes.

  • Change-of-mind returns accepted within 30 days if unused, unopened and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened/used gel pads can’t be returned unless faulty.
  • Return shipping is customer-paid unless we’ve made an error or the item is confirmed faulty.

Your Relief Pro device is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.


Warranty doesn’t cover consumables (e.g., gel pads), normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water exposure, or misuse.

If you’re having trouble, we’ll help you troubleshoot first; if a defect is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace.
