How it works
- Attach the pad to clean, dry skin.
- Click on the device and choose a mode.
- Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level.
- Move freely - when you’re done, peel off gently and store the pad as directed.

I’ve been using the Relief Pro Starter Kit and honestly it’s been a game changer for me. It’s a small, wearable TENS device that sticks onto your body and delivers relief while you go about your day. I love that I don’t have to sit there holding anything I can wear it while working, relaxing at home, or even reading a book.
As someone who carries a few old injuries from rugby and CrossFit, this little device has been a real saving grace. The relief is instant and being able to move around while using it makes such a difference.
What I also love is that it’s not just for injury pain. It’s amazing for us wāhine too especially when our Ikura/Auntie Flo 🩸visits and the pelvis or lower back needs a bit of extra aroha.
Huge credit to the amazing Sam, the beautiful brains behind this device. I would 100% recommend Relief Pro to anyone looking for an easy, wearable way to manage pain and keep moving.

If you live a busy hectic life and suffer from aches & pains, pro relief is what you need in your life. As a rural mum i don't have the luxury of just popping in to town for a massage or to see a physio etc so this pro relief pad has been an absolute life saver. I have always suffered from a bad back and hip during my shearing career and now when i do the odd day shearing and my back is in absolute agony all i think is "i cant wait to get home, have a shower and put my pad on my back" its honestly the best 😍

Dispatched from Kerikeri, Northland in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Tracked delivery: most NZ addresses 1–3 business days after dispatch; rural allow an extra 1–2 days. Australia addresses 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Flat rates: Free Shipping within NZ
Australia: Flat rates: $10 urban / $10 rural.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.
Public holidays and courier delays may extend timeframes.
Returns
- Change-of-mind returns accepted within 30 days if unused, unopened and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened/used gel pads can’t be returned unless faulty.
- Return shipping is customer-paid unless we’ve made an error or the item is confirmed faulty.
- To start a return, email hello@myreliefpro.co.nz with your order number and (if faulty) photos/video.

Warranty
Your Relief Pro device is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty doesn’t cover consumables (e.g., gel pads), normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water exposure, or misuse.
If you’re having trouble, we’ll help you troubleshoot first; if a defect is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace.
